Inception Report

The TECSES Inception Report gives an overview of the project’s start-up phase from June to December 2024. It describes the key steps taken to set up TECSES offices, consult with government, provincial, local level and university partners, and select target schools and municipalities in the Karnali Province. The report also outlines the first plans for teacher training, inclusion practices, and communication activities that guide TECSES.
